The composition of milk every creature is created by God according to the creature. Breastfeeding is very suitable for the growth of the baby. From minute to minute, from day to day, different milk composition. In fact, each different mother composition contained therein, depending on the condition of the baby. Mothers who give birth to premature babies also have a different composition of breast milk to mothers who delivered at term. Milk that came out at the time of birth until the day of the 4th or 7th (colostrum) is different from the composition of the milk coming out on day-4/7 to day 10 or day 14 after birth (transition). This composition will be different again after day 14 (mature milk). Milk that came out in the first few minutes of breastfeeding is called foremilk, whereas the milk that comes out at the end of lactation called hindmilk.

Breast milk contains taurine, which is a form of albumin that is not found in cow's milk. It is important for the growth of the baby's brain.
Another substance that is essential for the growth of the baby's brain is lactose, which is the main carbohydrate of breast milk. Lactose is only little once found in cow's milk.
