In the movie, scientists choose apes because of their tests so that they can look for a cure for human ails. The apes experienced certain unwanted effects - mainly increased intelligence - yet this hadn't manage to raise any ethical questions to those involved with charge. The protagonist (an ape named Caesar) finds himself in a very unique position being a direct consequence of man's intervention. He is an anomaly - too best if you participate in primates, but too primal to install within human society. So another question for you is raised: as we had the facility, should we be allowed to interfere inside the evolution of one other species?

The movie asks the perennial question of nature versus nurture as the lead ape was taken cared of using a human and raised him just like their own. And when the monkey finally grew too big for him to deal with and the instincts took over him all hell broke loose. He as thrown into another side on the planet on the hate dwelling in man's hearts. The mistreatment plus the animalistic behavior shown by one with the care takers from the zoo Caesar (the monkey) was devote.

Nearly several years as soon as the events of "Rise with the Planet on the Apes," the Simian Flu has erased most with the people. Very few communities have remain, including a band of survivors close to the San Francisco Bay. There is nice thing about it and not so great with this group, led with a man named Dreyfus (Oldman): the nice thing about it is actually genetically protected from the herpes virus, even so the not so great news is that they are running out of electricity.

 In general, Ebola as with all other disease must be controlled from its primary origins. However, the key part will be to develop mechanisms that will help alleviate the situation whenever it happens. As such, what matters is how to help those who get who have contracted Ebola through creating reputable health centers world wide and particularly in places where there exists more likelihood for your disease.
